Shipping Policy
At Print Foundry OC LLC, most items are made to order and produced specifically for your purchase.
We currently ship only within the United States.
Processing Time
Most orders are processed within approximately 3–7 business days. Processing time may vary depending on the product, order size, customization, material availability, holidays, or order volume.
Made-to-Order Items
Because many of our products are made to order, production may begin within a few hours after an order is placed. For this reason, order changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has started.
Shipping Time
Shipping transit times are separate from processing times and depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and the carrier’s operations. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ship orders within the stated processing timeframe, delays can occasionally occur. If we are unable to ship within the expected timeframe, we may contact you with an updated timeline and available options.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays, returned packages, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information entered at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an address issue not caused by us, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
Carrier Delays and Delivery Issues
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, service interruptions, or other circumstances outside of our control. Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, delivery timing is subject to the carrier’s operations.
Lost, Stolen, or Marked Delivered Packages
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please first check with household members, neighbors, and the carrier. We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery, but we will do our best to help you file a carrier claim or review the situation.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number plus clear photos of the item and packaging. If the damage is confirmed, we may, at our sole discretion, replace or remake the item, or provide another appropriate remedy.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.
